Data is the foundation of your oper8r agent's knowledge about your organization. This information helps the agent provide accurate, relevant responses and generate responses that reflects your company's unique value proposition.

Accessing Data Sources

When logged in, click Data in the navigation bar to access your organization's data sources. There, you will see the following options and controls:

Files

Files

These are the files that are used to fine tune oper8r and build the knowledge context it has access to. Good examples are completed questionnaires, RFPs, FAQs, competitive battlecards, etc.

You can upload, view, download and delete files. Thehe raw files are stored, and they are also converted to markdown, chunked and indexed for retrieval augmented generation during chats, to complete questionnaires and to generate content.

You can upload the following types of files: CSV, DOC, DOCX, MD, MDX, ODP, ODS, ODT, PDF, PPT, PPTX, TXT, XLS, XLSX

Company

Company

The following data is directly from your responses during the onboarding process, however you can edit after onboarding:

  • Company Name
  • Website URL
  • Documentation URL

oper8r scrapes all of the pages on your website and documentation during the onboarding process to generate embeddings, and store them in a vector database, to use for retrieval augmented generation during chats, to complete questionnaires and to generate content. Your your website and documentation are re-scraped weekly to ensure the most up to date and accurate data is accessible to oper8r.

The following data is auto generated during the onboarding process, however you can edit after onboarding:

  • Company Overview
  • Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

Competitors

Coming soon! You can specify competitors by sharing their name and website. oper8r will generate a competitive breakdown, and you can supplement that by manually adding human intelligence. Data will be automatically parsed, chunked and indexed for retrieval augmented generation.

Using Data Sources

Agent Integration

Your data sources are automatically available and used in:

  • Chat Mode
  • Questionnaire Mode
  • Content Mode

You can control which data sources the agent has access to in Chat Mode by changing the Data Sources setting in the chat.
